| A. | Once you gain access to Employer’s interface by clicking on Employers Icon on home page, please click on ‘Treasure Trove Search’ Icon to gain access to our Resume Databank. You will be directed to Treasure Trove Search page. Choose the relevant options and click on ‘Search’ button. As soon as you do that a list of Job aspirants is displayed that match your search along with a gist of their educational / professional background (e.g., MBBS, M.Tech, PGDBM etc), work experience (e.g. 2 years of experience in Research and Development). You can let us know your preferred choices by clicking on Check-in boxes given against each profile and finally click ‘SELECT’ Button (You can avail this facility if you are a registered member). Our professional team will instantly get in touch with the concerned Job Aspirants, invite them for a Pre-Screening test/ Interview cum Discussion and ensure whether they fit your criteria. | |
| Q. | Which is the best way to send you our requirements? |
| A. | For sending any of your requirements you are requested to be the registered member. You can send us your requirement in any of the following manner.
Fill the Project Requisition Form. Mention your requirement in the areas specifically shown on the registration form like Recruitment, Performance Enhancement, Employee Benefits and others. Once you complete the requisition form you can Click at SUBMIT. Our professionals will study your submitted requirements and they will get in touch with you for further understanding of your requirements to come up with a timely and appropriate solution to it.
You can also request for the requisition form, which will be sent to you either by courier or postal service. You can fill in your requirement on the requisition form and send back to us as per your convenience.
You can also E-mail us mentioning your requirements. This will be further taken care off by our professional team who will come up with the best-customized solution for you.

| A. | The job postings are listed as per their functional domains so a set of jobs of a particular organization may appear not as a set but alphabetically. For instance, the post of Editor in-charge would be placed before In-charge Editor though the job may be same. | |
| Q. | How do I know where, when and how our Job Postings has been displayed on your website? |
| A. | The moment we receive your Job postings requirement we will provide you with a job posting display code. You can use this code to see your job postings displayed on our website alphabetically under particular functional domains. Organization Profile and Location of Posting will also be displayed. This enables the job aspirant to decide whether or not the job suits his/her requirements and vice versa. Although your address will not be displayed along with it for all the recruitment will be done through us. | |
