Q.How do I register with INSIGNIA Solutions Private Limited?
A.The procedure to register you with INSIGNIA Solutions is completely user friendly. Visit our Website www.INSIGNIA Solutions.Com and click to the tablet shown to get a registration. Once you are through with this you are supposed to fill the Registration Form as per the details required. After completing the form you have to submit the same to get a Registration Code, which is followed by a request to fill your Login ID and Your Password for further perusal. And for our Offline Registration you can either visit our Office and fill the registration form and get the registration done or contact us to get a registration form at your address, which can be duly filled and sent to us along with your updated resume for further perusal.

Q.What are the options available to send my Resume across to you?
A.There are many options available to send your Resume across to us: (i) If you intend to register online you can submit your Resume along with the Registration Form. (ii) If you intend to register offline you can walk in to our office and fill the Registration Form and submit your resume along with it. (iii) Or You can also contact us to get a Registration Form send across to you, which you can duly fill and send to us by post along with your Resume. (iv) You are requested not to send us your Resume to any of our e-mail address because we value your resume and do not want it to go unidentified among the thousands of e-mails we get every day. (v) You are also requested not to send your Resume with out the registration form duly filled for we would not be in a position to cater your resume as you do not come under the privileged category of the INSIGNIA Solutions Registered Members. (vi) You are also requested not to send your Resume to us on a floppy as it may get corrupted and delay the whole chance of placing you at the right place at the right time.

Q.What format do you prefer the Resumes to be sent?
A.Please send your Resume in the Word/RTF format to us. However, if you prefer to send your Resume by post it can be sent the way you have presented it.

Q.Do you charge anything to avail your services?
A.It costs nothing to avail our services as far as the recruitment aspect is concerned. Though there are some customized Performance Enhancement Programs, Lectures, Seminars, Workshops, Industry Awareness sessions which we organize time to time and has drawn a good audience and has been of great help, motivation, guidance to our Job Aspirants which are nominally charged.

Q.What is the level of confidentiality that you provide at your end to our Resumes?
A.We very much keep your Resumes confidential. Only your Key Skills, Years of Experience, Area of Expertise and Registration Number are displayed to the Employers. This is required to be done so that the Employers can identify your Expertise and contact us for further perusal by indicating your Registration Number. The moment you get a job you can very well inform us not to display your details to any till a particular time period or till the next intimation from your end. Or else you can still allow us to pursue further superior Job Opportunities in the future so that new offers boost your Career further and avail all the benefits of a privileged member.

Q.Do you have the option that allows us to view / edit our resumes at our convenience and also to know the status of my resume?
A.Yes, you have the option to view and edit as and when you want it to be seen and edited. To view or edit your Resume you can go to the Job Aspirants’ interface, click ‘View / Edit Resume’. You will be asked to enter your Registration Code to avail View/ Edit Resume facility. Here you can also view the current status of your resume by clicking on ‘Job Steps’.

Q.What if I forget / want to change my Login ID and Password? What should I do?
A.Visit our Home page and click on Forgot Your Login ID / Password or Change your password. Submit your e-mail address and your user details will be mailed to you immediately. In case, you have changed your e-mail address, go to our INSIGNIA Solution Cell and send us a mail with your full name, your previous e-mail address, complete address, postal code, telephone number and your new e-mail address. We will modify your e-mail address and send your user details to the new e-mail address you supplied to us.

Q.How do I know if the vacancies listed online are still available?
A.All vacancies listed online are active. We do not store any expired vacancies.

Q.How will you inform me about any available vacancies?
A.We will either inform you by e-mail or call you at your contact phone number. And if either of the above mentioned option is not available, we will be informing you via courier / postal system.

Q.How do I look for an appropriate vacancy in Job Search?
A.Once you gain access to Job Aspirants’ interface by clicking on Job Aspirants Icon on home page, please click further on ‘Job Search’ Icon to gain access to our Job Search page. Choose the relevant options and click on ‘Search jobs’ button. As soon as you do that a list of available Jobs will appear that match your search along with a gist of Employers’ requirements (Educational / professional background, work experience required for the Job Aspirants), Organization Profile, Location etc. You can let us know your preferred job by clicking on ‘APPLY’ Button (You can only avail this facility if you are a registered member). Our professional team will instantly get in touch with you, invite you for a Pre-Screening test/ Interview cum Discussion.

Q.How do I apply for a job, which I have identified?
A.You can apply for any job listed online by clicking on ‘Apply’ in Job Search Screen. Once you do that, our professional team will contact you for further discussion with you. This facility is available to our registered members.

Q.How will I let you know if I want to avail any of your services viz. Performance Enhancement Programs, Resume Development etc.?
A.Please place your requirement by clicking on ‘Give Me More’ Icon on the Job Aspirants’ page and fill the relevant fields. Once you submit your requirements, our professional team will contact you to give you services as per your requirements.
